Our Foundation

Merryfair was founded in 1974 as a manufacturer of office furniture components. We then ventured into a full fledged office chair manufacturer in 1982. In 1985, we started to export our products overseas.

Today, we have grown to become a well-established organisation and is recognised as one of the leading brands in the office furniture industry. Our products can now be found in more than 100 countries around the world. At Merryfair, we work in a supportive environment where we encourage effective leadership and teamwork on everyone. We believe that all things must be built on a strong foundation & should never forget what made us what we are today.

Our Strength & Mission

We at Merryfair strive to design and build an environment reflecting the best of today’s office ecosystem around our customers. To date, Merryfair has produced and sold no less than 2 million units of chairs. Our 15.7 acres factory is one of the largest furniture manufacturing facility in Malaysia.

Merryfair’s team is made up of more than 800 people including our Malaysia headquarters and overseas branches. We have expanded internationally and opened up manufacturing facilities in China and Thailand and a sales office in Singapore. These overseas branches have allowed us to better serve our existing customers and gain a wider platform to reach new customers.

Our mission is to produce and deliver high quality products that combine aesthetics, durability and functionality for our customers. We achieve this through effective means of design & craftsmanship with optimised solutions and technologies.

We aim to provide the best service for our customers by understanding their needs and at the same time perfecting their experience with Merryfair.

We continuously strive to be the leading manufacturer in the office furniture industry. Our team will keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices as we continue to develop innovative products and solutions.

We have more than 40 years of design and manufacturing experience.The office environment never stops evolving, be it the people, setting, technology, workstyle or culture.
