Deposits Corporate Clients: No deposit required for our regular clients or credit card info needed to confirm, Private Parties: $300.00, Christmas Parties: $50.00

Guarantee Guest Count Due• Weekday events: 4 days prior to event• Weekend events: 1 week prior event• We can no longer decrease but will make an attempt to increase if it

is possible. • We do NOT split counts on menu items with the exception of desserts.

Payment DuePlease see your proposal for payment terms.

Cancellation Deposits are non-refundable unless in the event of death or military activation. Events canceled 48 hours before are subject to a 50% charge, 24 hours or less, 100% charge with the exception of delivery fees or gratuities, they will be canceled. Plan in the event of bad weather.

AllergiesWe DO NOT cater for life threatening food allergies. We do offer special meals for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.

Delivery and Setup Basic buffet set up will be finished before your scheduled eat/start time. Includes buffet linens and black plasticware.

Picking Up Your EventPlease keep all of our items in the same location and room that we set up in. Weekday events will start to be picked up 1½ hour after your eating time. Nights and weekend, unstaffed events, will be picked up the next business weekday. If our items cannot be kept in a secured locked location, a staff member may be required to stay at your event.

Standard Charges A delivery fee and/or a service charge will be added to every event that we deliver. This fee can vary depending on location, distance, your set up needs as well as additional setup requirements if using china and linens.

Additional Charges for Pick UpsAll deliveries are subject to additional charges if we must return for missing items, are kept waiting for setup or breakdown, as well as request for late pick up, and missing or damaged items.

Credit Card FeesA 2 or 3% credit card fee will be added to any event using a credit card.

StaffingIf you are requesting staff or have a large event, we strongly suggest that you have us schedule staff. Any staff, bartenders, chefs or dishwashers are paid at the end of your event with a check or cash from you, paid directly to each person. There is a 4 hour minimum for each person, and you will need to consider any time required to set up and break down when paying them.

GratuityA small percentage will be added to all events. This will be divided between kitchen, delivery and office staff. If you would like to alter this, it must be done prior to your event as it is paid out to the staff. (Bartenders excluded)

Venue, Trash Removal, and Closing FeesWill be on your order/invoice based on requirements by each site. If you are not having a bartender scheduled through Premier, we may need to schedule a venue closing staff to close down your site based on the sites requirements.

Linen Rentals Other then buffet linens, any other linens are rented based on your need and will be quoted. (Please see our rental list.)

LeftoversWe do not pack up your leftovers and do not bring containers. The Pennsylvania Dept Of Agriculture and the Board of Health says that when food is past 4 hours from refrigeration or ovens to maintain proper temperatures, it is no longer safe to consume. Food generally leaves our kitchen 1 to 1½ hours before your start time. If you plan on keeping any food, please have it packed up and removed before we return to pick up our items.

Liquor LiabilityBased on PA State liquor laws, we cannot provide or transport your alcohol. Please have any alcohol you are providing placed in the area(s) that it will be served from. Caterers do not have liquor liability insurance to cover your alcohol liability, it is yours and if you feel you need insurance, you can buy a one day policy.

Co-cateringBecause of insurance liability, we do not co-cater.

Supplies NeededWe only bring the supplies to eat or drink items that we bring with us. If you are providing anything yourself, you will need the supplies to set up and serve with.

Served Meals & Pre-Setting TablesPlease request a quote for served meals and pre-setting guest tables.

Please read your event order, we only bring what is on it.
