ABOUT OUR COMPANY

• REM-H COATING SOLUTIONS LTD. INC. is a duly existing and registered corporation by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It was generally created purposely to engage in coating applications and distributorship of local and international coatings to the local market.

• We started as a sole-proprietor and evolved after 20 years as a corporation. The evolution is to further strengthen the fiscal standing of the business enterprise. Within the corporation is a merger of of the importing, trading and paint application in order to provide an all-in-one service to our existing and prospective clients.

• The lateral expansion that took up two decades to materialize gives us the advantage that other contractors cannot offer - world-class paints using the highest quality of workmanship, both for a very affordable and competitive price. That is why, no one in the industry provides the same level of service as REM-H does.

APPENDIX II: MATERIALS TECHNICAL DATA

• REM-H BUTTER GRADE SEALANT• A water-based, high solids

elastomeric sealant utilizing the latest advances in 100% acrylic technology.

• Its thick, buttery consistency allows it to be easily worked into vertical seams on metal roofs, gaps in flashings and around prostrusions, and into heavily alligatored areas in weathered built-up roofing.

• Increased tensile strength and elongation, ideally suited for sealing mechanical fasteners and horizontal seas on metal roofs, as well as around flashings, drains and protrusions.

• Has excellent adhesion to asphaltic roofing, metal, concrete, wood, hypalon and polyurethane foam, and can also be used for encapsulating RoofMate Mesh reinforcement fabric.

12

Page 15: Corporate Portfolio

APPENDIX II: MATERIALS TECHNICAL DATA

• REM-H BASECOAT• A 60% volume solids,

waterbased acrylic elastomer coating utilizing the latest advances in acrylic technology.

• It combines 100% acrylic emulsion polymers with reinforcing laminar pigments, powerful biocides and non-migrating fir retardants for superior physical properties, adhesion, durability, weatherproofing, mildew resistance and fire retardancy.

• The fire retardant chemicals are permanently locked into the cured coating and will not leach out upon extended weathering.

• REM-H Basecoat is a “breathing” coating, allowing moisture vapor to pass through the film while remaining impervious to mass water penetration.

13

APPENDIX II: MATERIALS TECHNICAL DATA

• REM-H ACRYLIC REFLECTIVE ELASTOMER• A water-based, high solids,

flexible advanced acrylic coating.

• High reflectivity combined with good weatherability, ultraviolet resistance, adhesion and ease of application makes this coating effective for providing long term reflectivity over a wide range of roofing substrates.

• Advantages:

• Ultraviolet Resistant – No deleterious effects after 4,000 hrs. accelerated weathering.

• Reduced Energy Costs – Remains white to reflect the suns heat dramatically lowering roof substrate temperature

• Long Term Flexibility – advanced elastic acrylic polymers remain permanently flexible upon extended exterior exposure

• Water-Based – Contains no solvents, cleans up with water.

• Color Stable – The acrylic resins crosslink under UV exposure to lock in color and lock out dirt.

• High Film Build – High volume solids allows fast application to uniformly cover textured substrates.

APPENDIX II: MATERIALS TECHNICAL DATA

• REM-H GRAFFITI RESISTANT ACRYLIC SEALER• A water-based, penetrating

sealer designed to produce a clear, semi-gloss surface sheen.

• It is manufactured from non-yellowing, 100% acrylic resins to form a durable finish that provides long-term water repellency, dirt and graffiti resistance, and weather protection

• Its low viscosity allows it to “wet in” and lock the substrate. It will allow moisture vapor to escape from the building interior, yet provides excellent damp-proofing characteristics on the exterior.

• The appearance will remain uniform, eliminating any blotchiness from water staining, even after years of service.

• It imparts a slick, semi-gloss film.
