The Freeport Art Museum is the only full-time arts organization serving Stephenson County. Founded

in 1975, FAM has grown to become a community resource for arts and culture, holding over 4,000 objects in our collections and delivering over 50

programs and events each year.

The Freeport Art Museum is a private, not-for- profit organization that does not receive tax

support from the city, county or state. Annual corporate support is essential in helping FAM

make sure the arts are accessible to all youth and adults throughout the community
