ITC Ltd., Reliance Industries Ltd., and PwC. The Merchant banking team is anchored by CA Madhu Lunawat who has had stints with leading organisations, viz. Infosys, ASREC and Edelweiss. Madhu served as CFO of Edelweiss ARC immediately before joining the Board of Pantomath Capital. Our diversified team comprises professionals being CS, CA, MBA, CFA, Lawyer and others. The advisory team is headed by Mr. Uday Nair, is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having vast experience in tax and regulatory aspects of transaction advisory. He during his tenure of 10+ years have advised some of the large corporate house, MNCs and SME on various aspects of acquisition, demerger, amalgamation, due diligence, valuation, family reorganisation and private trust structuring of promoter holdings. Uday has worked for organizations like RSM & Co., KPMG and PwC. He last served as an Associate Director – M&A Tax with PwC.
