AA 2000 is a private company which connects the main destinations in Argentina with all continents, through regional hubs. Through its terminals passes 98% of Argentine aero-commercial transport. As a whole, its airport network handles more than 27 million passengers per year.

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000’s payroll includes over 2,000 employees and another 30,000 workers who are assigned different activities to enable the airports to be operated optimally.

Corporación América has attained the objective of strengthening the operational capacity of the airport so as to offer world-class services. The air terminal is 15 km from the center of bahía blanca, on 280 hectares of grounds. It shares these with the Comandante Espora Navy Base.

The airport system of the province of Neuquén includes 7 airports. Among them, 4 have limited air traffic; they are only used for tourism and sanitary flights. Another was developed and built exclusively for the YPF oil company. The only two which have regular air traffic are the Chapelco and neuquén airports.

The neuquén international Airport is the only one in the province’s airport system that can meet its own potential with regular commercial traffic. Its traffic area of influence goes beyond the province’s limits. It is strategically located to become the Patagonian hub. The province of Neuquén has become an economic development pole by virtue of being the major oil province in Argentina. The airport has modern landing strip infrastructure technology that complies with all international standards according to the OACI, IATA and national entities’ rules and regulations.

With this spirit, a challenging project was born, which today is a reality: the transformation of Carrasco Airport into a world class Passenger Air Terminal, with a building that makes Uruguay proud and that contributes with its beauty to Uruguayan architecture.

The refined and state-of-the-art design, the work of the well-known Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly, causes the terminal, seen either from the air or from the entrance road, to inspire the most intense emotions and praise.

The building covers more than 45,000 sq m, exhibiting a triply curved roof that extends for almost 400 m along the length of the building, covering a total area of about 4 hectares.

Through Puerta del Sur S.A., Corporación América is the concessionaire of the Carrasco International Airport since November 21, 2003. It is the Uruguayan capital’s airport and the most important one in the country.

The modern building of the air terminal in Punta del Este was designed by the well-known Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott. It covers 13,000 sq m over three levels, and is the result of a perfect combination of modern architecture and front-edge technology regarding passenger services.

The traditional runway at Laguna del Sauce was completely refurbished, repaved and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. A large new runway was also added, measuring 2,133 m in length and 45 m in width, equipped with modern visual aid systems and oriented according to the prevailing winds.

In 1993, through Consorcio de Aeropuertos Internacionales S.A., Corporación América gained the concession for C/C Carlos A. Curbelo International Airport at Laguna del Sauce, in Maldonado, Uruguay.

With the construction of the new commercial aviation platform covering more than 43,000 sq m, the airport can service more than five Boeing 737 airplanes simultaneously. A second platform measuring over 50,000 sq m was also built for small aircraft traffic, executive flights and air taxis. Since January 6, 2011, Aeropuertos Andinos del Perú has the concession for the Arequipa, Juliaca, Puerto Maldonado, Tacna, Ayacucho and Andahuaylas airports.

Among the main advantages of the consortium there stands out, on one hand, its broad knowledge and experience in the construction of large works, as well as in the operation of airports and, on the other hand, its solid local and international financial support.

The project presented consists of a 48 million dollar works plan for the first three years, while during the 25 years of the concession agreement, the investment will rise to 265 million dollars.

The project foresees a 637 million dollar investment during the 40 year concession. The new airport will cover 357 hectares. It will feature a 40,000 sq m passenger terminal and a 4,000 m runway.

The Chinchero International Airport will join the six airports already operated by Corporación América in Peru.

Kuntur Wasi, which in Quechua means “House of the Condor,” will be a greenfield project. In its development and construction process, the Kuntur Wasi Airport Company, fitting in with the Chinchero community and respecting the traditions of the region, will set up a training center, continue to hosting arts and crafts fairs, and train the local population.

This building, which serves 5 million passengers per year, raised the commercial stature of the city of guayaquil, which ceased to be just a stopover on the way to tourist destinations and became a world-class business center.

This terminal is among the most advanced airports in the world thanks to its design and equipment.

Through TAGSA, Corporación América built the new Guayaquil Airport terminal, which covers 50,000 sq m and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Since April 2011, and for a 15 year period, Corporación América has the concession for the Seymour air terminal on the Galapagos Islands. Corporación América designed and built this sustainability certified airport in compliance with environmental quality standards. The newgalapagos ecological Airport is the first ecological airport in the world.

Its relation to the natural environment and the reduction of the environmental impact were taken into account. Its operation, too, follows environmental standards.

The airport development and transformation initiative complies with international standards on sustainability, especially the LEED Gold Certification established by the U.S. Green Building Council, which is a set of rating systems for ecological buildings that follow best environmental practices.

Furthermore, it complies with all the international aviation standards of the IATA and ACI. Also, the Ministry of the Environment and the Galapagos National Park approved the environmental impact study and the environment management plan for its construction and operation.

The Zvartnots International Airport is located 12 km from Yerevan, Armenia’s capital city. Its strategic location between Europe and East Asia have turned it into a regional hub with the capacity to serve 3.5 million passengers per year.

Inframérica will invest 2.85 billion reais in President Juscelino Kubitschek International Airport over the 25 years of concession.

The works plan aims at offering the most efficient passenger service and modernizing Brazil’s airport infrastructure. The objective has been to promote tourism and strengthen the image of the city ahead of the FIFA 2014 Cup and the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games.

The allocation to Inframérica of the brasilia Airport, which has an annual traffic of more than 18 million passengers, adds to the first concession obtained in Brazil, which had occurred in November 2011, when Inframérica won the bid for the construction of the natal Airport.

Inframérica, currently fully controlled by Corporación América, operates and administers the Brasilia International Airport.

Inframérica built the new airport terminal and launched it for the FIFA 2014 Cup. The concession term is of 28 years, with a total investment of 410 million dollars.

The Natal Airport is expected to reach 7.9 million passengers by 2030.

It has its headquarters at ezeiza international Airport and has branches at the Jorge Newbery, Mendoza, Córdoba and Mar del Plata airports.

Its most important activity is the management of the fiscal warehouses at the main Argentine international airportsImport and export goods are stored at the Argentine Cargo Terminal while the relevant paperwork is carried out to nationalize them or to obtain the corresponding authorizations for their transport abroad, issued by the general Customs Administration (DGA).Other key aspects of the activity are the professional management of import and export cargo and, also, the logistic coordination of the resources involved. The capacity of the 65,000 sq m covered warehouse, the technology applied in the handling of cargo and the high specialization of the personnel have turned tCA into one of the most modern air cargo terminals in Latin America.

A pioneer and developer of the region with vines planted starting in 1999, it started to produce wine in 2003, when the winery building was inaugurated.

Since then it has grown steadily and nowadays produces about 10 million liters of wine, which are marketed in Argentina and exported to more than 34 destinations.

The area stands out for its wide temperature range (larger than 20°C), scarce rainfall (180 mm per year) and low humidity, decisive conditions for crop quality. In addition, this type of climate enables a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes, causing an optimal relation between sugar and acidity, excellent color and good quantity of aromatic substances. These conditions are produced by cold winters, dry summers that are hot during the day and cool at night, and bright, cool and dry falls, which are ideal for the grapes to be at their best at harvesting time so as to produce top quality wine.

The winery has 850 hectares of vineyards producing varieties of high enological quality. The following are some of the brands marketed by the company: Postales del Fin del Mundo, Ventus, Newen Reservado, FIN, Special Blend, Reserva del Fin del Mundo, La Poderosa and the sparkling wines line.

The enologist Sergio Pomar works at the winery every day and can count on the advice of the prestigious French enologist Michel Rolland. The wines have been honored at the most famous international competitions.

Gas TransportCGC started its natural gas transport activities in 1992. Currently, associated with large international companies, CGC takes part in 3 gas transport companies:

tgnTGN’s transport capacity is of 54,5 million cubic m per day and 354,000 HP distributed over 20 compression plants. The TGN system is formed by:- The Centro Oeste gas pipeline that connects the major natural gas production basin in Neuquén with demand in Mendoza, San Juan, San Luis, southern Córdoba, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires, covering 1,421 km with an installation of 2,174 km of pipes and 8 compression plants.- The Norte gas pipeline that connects the natural gas production of northwestern Argentina and mainly of Bolivia, connecting with demand in Salta, Jujuy, Santiago del Estero, Tucumán, La Rioja, Catamarca, Córdoba, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires, covering 1,974 km, with 6,683 km of installed pipes of different diameters and 12 compressor stations.

Among the various rivers, highways and railroad tracks it crosses, the Paraná River crossing stands out since it’s a major waterway in the country. TGN has gas connectivity with Bolivia, central and northern Chile, and southern Brazil, and receives regasified natural gas from the Natural Liquid Gas (GNL) Terminal in Escobar. In addition to its main business, TGN is in charge of the operation and maintenance of third party gas pipelines.

gasAndesCGC built and is in charge of operating the first natural gas pipeline to cross the Andes at a height of 3,400 m, and the second pipeline to cross the border with Chile, with 430 km of pipelines and two compression plants. GasAndes’s transport capacity is 10,8 MM cubic m/day.

tgmTGM constructed a natural gas trunkline that connects Aldea Brasilera, in Entre Ríos province, with Uruguayana, located in the

state of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil, which feeds a combined cycle of 600 MW that is essential to electrical supply in southern Brazil. The first natural gas export to Brazil was performed through this pipeline.

Operations are conducted by TGN. The gas pipeline, extending 437 km, runs underneath the riverbeds of the Uruguay and another 35 rivers and streams, plus several highways and railroad tracks. The work, which required an investment of USD 125 million, was completed in only 15 months. Currently, it has a 2.8 MM cubic m/day transport capacity.

HUntil now, the Cristo redentor Pass, located in the province of Mendoza, has concentrated 70% of the overland freight between Argentina and Chile. It is the road and railway infrastructure network that links the main MERCOSUR centers and ports with Chile.
