COOWIN WOOD LIMITED WARRANTY
COOWIN GROUP (hereinafter “COOWIN® wood”) warrants that COOWIN® wood Composite Deckingproducts will not split, splinter rot, warping, twisting for a period of twenty years for all of our wpc product.
This Limited Warranty period of 15 years from the original date of purchase covers replacement ofdefective parts during the first 10 years of ownership.In years 10-15, we will supply the most professional direction when the wpc product appearance qualityproblem.
This warranty shall not cover and COOWIN® wood shall not be responsible for costs and expensesincurred with respect to the removal of defective COOWIN® wood products or the installation ofreplacement materials, including but not limited to labor and freight.
To make a claim under this limited warranty, purchaser, or the transferee, shall send to COOWIN group,within the warranty period referred to above, a description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase, tous.
COOWIN® wood does not warrant against and is not responsible for, and no implied warrantyshall be deemed to cover, any condition attributable to:
(1) Improper installation of COOWIN® wood products and/or failure to abide by COOWIN® wood’s installationguidelines, including but not limited to improper gapping;
(2) Use of COOWIN® wood products beyond normal use, or in an application not recommended by COOWIN®
wood’s guidelines and local building codes;
(3) Movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or the supporting structure on which COOWIN® woodproducts are installed;
(4) Any act of God (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmental condition (such as airpollution, mold, mildew, etc.), staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.), or normalweathering (defined as exposure to sunlight, weather and atmosphere which will cause any colored surface togradually fade, flake, chalk, or accumulate dirt or stains);
(5) Improper handling, storage, abuse or neglect of COOWIN® wood products by Purchaser, the transferee orthird parties;

No person or entity is authorized by COOWIN® wood to make and COOWIN® wood shall not be bound byany statement or representation as to the quality or performance of COOWIN® wood products other thanas contained in this warranty. This warranty may not be altered or amended except in a written instrumentsigned by COOWIN® wood and Purchaser.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COOWIN WOOD BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT IN CONTRACT, IN TORT(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, ANDCOOWIN’S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEEDTHE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, ASDESCRIBED ABOVE.
