COOWIN WOOD LIMITED WARRANTY

COOWIN GROUP (hereinafter “COOWIN® wood”) warrants that COOWIN® woodComposite Decking products will not split, splinter rot, warping, twisting for a period oftwenty years for all of our wpc product.

This Limited Warranty period of 10-25 yearFrom the original date of purchase covers replacement of defective parts during the first10 years of ownership.In years 10-25, we will supply the most professional direction when the wpc productappearance quality problem.

This warranty shall not cover and COOWIN® wood shall not be responsible for costs andexpenses incurred with respect to the removal of defective COOWIN® wood products orthe installation of replacement materials, including but not limited to labor and freight.

To make a claim under this limited warranty, purchaser, or the transferee, shall send toCOOWIN group, within the warranty period referred to above, a description of the claimeddefect and proof of purchase to us.

COOWIN® wood does not warrant against and is not responsible for, and noimplied warranty shall be deemed to cover, any condition attributable to:

(1) Improper installation of COOWIN® wood products and/or failure to abide by COOWIN®

wood’s installation guidelines, including but not limited to improper gapping;

(2) Use of COOWIN® wood products beyond normal use, or in an application not recommendedby COOWIN® wood’s guidelines and local building codes;

(3) Movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or the supporting structure on whichCOOWIN® wood products are installed;

(4) Any act of God (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmentalcondition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.), staining from foreign substances (such asdirt, grease, oil, etc.), or normal weathering (defined as exposure to sunlight, weather andatmosphere which will cause any colored surface to gradually fade, flake, chalk, or accumulatedirt or stains);

(5) Improper handling, storage, abuse or neglect of COOWIN® wood products by Purchaser,the transferee or third parties;

No person or entity is authorized by COOWIN® wood to make and COOWIN® wood shallnot be bound by any statement or representation as to the quality or performance ofCOOWIN® wood products other than as contained in this warranty. This warranty may notbe altered or amended except in a written instrument signed by COOWIN® wood andPurchaser.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COOWIN WOOD BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL,INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARESOUGHT IN CONTRACT, IN TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCEAND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, AND COOWIN’S LIABILITY WITHRESPECT TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THEREPLACEMENT OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, ASDESCRIBED ABOVE.
