Huge thank you to Mel, Nat, Simon, Ann Ritchie and our entire staff for bending over backwards to keep our school concert dream alive for Term 4! Due to ongoing COVID restrictions we don’t know what the final format of the concert will be but with the combined teamwork of the above mentioned the concert will take place. Congratulations to all the students who participated in the ICAS Digital Technology, Science, English, and Mathematics international online competition over the past few weeks. A big thank you to Mr Eason and Mrs van Kempen for facilitating the competition in my absence. Don’t forget to complete the Partners in Learning parent survey – see flyer attached for further details. In the absence of assembly class items the staff have volunteered to take turns presenting an activity that is taking place in their classroom for the school newsletter. Check out the photos of Mr Keylocks class 4/5’s STEM activity. Also check out the photos of our gymnastics program taking place each Friday to the thorough benefit and enjoyment of the kids. Thank you to all the parents for all your support and positive response to my request for adherence to the school’s uniform policy that I mentioned in last week’s newsletter.     The Lost Property basket is overflowing with lost items wanting to go home. PLEASE come and have a look to make sure you claim what’s your childs before the end of Term. We’ll be sending non uniform items to the Op shop & putting uniform items into the second hand store.

    CLASS NEWS

    During term 3 in STEM, the Eagles have explored the science topic of 'Physical World'. They are learning about the difference between contact and non-contact forces. In pairs, the Eagles class are designing, testing and evaluating a toy car made from simple materials that demonstrates

    energy transformation.
