was verBirgt sich hinter cpX? cp steht für controlled piston in den verschiedensten Anwen-dungen und stellt eine hoch dynamische elektrohydraulische energieversorgung dar. x steht für die Anzahl der Kolben in der cpx-einheit.

wie ist eine cpX-einheit aufgeBaut? das zentrale element ist ein bürstenloser Motor. er treibt eine Kugel umlaufspindel an, die einen Hydraulik kolben zur druck-erzeugung und Volumen verschiebung bewegt.

was zeichnet eine cpX-einheit aus? die einheit stellt eine zukunftsorientierte energie versorgung dar, die zudem kostengünstig, schnell und regelbar ist. sie zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Gesamt wir kungs grad, eine hohe dynamik und eine integrierte elek tronik aus. cpx ist ein bedarfsorientiert ansteu er bares Hydraulik-Aggregat, das kaum Geräusche und keine pulsation aufweist. der druckbereich reicht bis 200 bar. die cpx-einheit ist für viele Hydraulik flüssig-keiten wie zum Beispiel Mineralöle und Brems flüssig keiten geeignet.

wo wird das produkt eingesetzt? die cpx-einheit findet Anwendung in der Kupplungs an steu erung über Kupplungsnehmer / Zentralausrücker, im Multi functio nal clutch Actuator (McA), in der schlupf regelung, im doppel kupp-lungsgetriebe (dKG), im automatisierten schalt getrie be (AsG), im Aktuator für differenzialsperren, im Hybrid fahrzeug, in Getriebe-aktuatoren und im clutch by wire (cBW).

how is the cpX designed? the key element is a brushless motor that drives a recirculating ball spindle that actuates a hydraulic piston to create pressure and displace volume. what are the Main features of the cpX? the unit offers a future-oriented power solution that is cost-efficient, fast, and controllable. it is unique in terms of overall efficiency, power dynamics, and integrated electronics. cpx is a demand-oriented, controllable hydraulic aggregate that produces vir tually no noise or pulsation. the maximum pressure is 200 bar. the cpx unit is suitable for a variety of hydraulic fluids including mineral oil and brake fluid.

where will the product Be used? the cpx unit is being used for clutch actuation via ope rating/ release devices, in the multifunction clutch actuator (McA), for slip control, in dual clutch transmissions (dct), in automated manual transmissions (AMt), in differential lock actuators, in hybrid vehicles, in transmission actuators and in clutch by wire (cBW).

der Multifunctional clutch Actuator zur Verrin ge rung der Kupplungs-betätigungs kräfte im Fahr zeug. dabei handelt es sich um ein Add-on-system, das an fast jeder beliebigen stelle im Motorraum montierbar ist. die pe dal kraft-Weg-Kennlinie ist frei wählbar. es besteht die ein spar möglichkeit von sAc- Kupplung, Übertotpunkt-feder, peak torque limiter und Frequenz modulator/ Filter. Auto ma ti-sier te Funktionen und not betätigung bei Ausfall sind möglich.
