Statement of Purpose ACC is DoD’s most diverse contracting organization and a leader in acquisition innovation. We leverage the world’s most powerful economic force, “the free enterprise system,” to bring innovative

products and services to America’s warfighters. We do this at Army installations, Life Cycle Management Commands and in contingency locations around the world. We are an integrated

team of Soldiers and Civilians partnering with our supported units to turn their requirements into effective contracts and to monitor

contractor performance to ensure mission success.
