What is an auction property/vehicle?An auction property/vehicle is a property/vehicle that goes up for sale through an open and competitive process whereby interested buyers will place bids on it. The buyer who makes the highest bid during the auction process will get to buy the property/vehicle as long as the bid price meets or exceeds the reserve price.

Once the hammer falls, the legal binding contract is set between the seller and purchaser, a deposit is paid and a set completion date is confirmed.
