• The admission is open for class VI & IX in all the above RPVVs subject toavailability of vacant seats in respective RPVVs. Information about the vacantseats in a particular RPVV and Medium of instruction can be obtained fromrespective RPVVs.

• Registration far Entrance Test does not mean the candidate secures his/her seat inRPVV. The admission in RPVVs is purely on the merit of the result of EntranceTest.

• The applicants are also advised to check their eligibility for registration beforesubmitting the Registration form.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR REGISTRATION FOR ENTRANCE TEST (ForClass VI & IX)

• All the students who have studied continuously for at least TWO years in DelhiGovernment /Government AidedIMCDINDMCfDelhi Cantonment Board Schoolssituated in GNCT of Delhi preceding the class to which admission is sought withat least 60% marks in class VNIII are eligible for Registration for Entrance Test.

(However, if the result is in form of Grades, then the applicant will produce a certificateissued by the Head of School from where the student has passed Class- VIVIfl certifyingthat the total %age.ofmarks was not less than 60% while converting marks into grades).

• A student can get himself/herself registered in one RPVV only as per his/herchoice of RPVY where he/she desires admission. No request for change of RPVVshall be entertained in any case/stage. Hence all the applicants are advised to getthemselves registered at the RPVV of their choice for Entrance Test where he/shedesires admission.

A certificate and mark sheet of class passed (Class-IV as well as Class- V) / (Cless-Vft aswell as Class- VUI) duly attested by the Principal/Head of the School from where theapplicant has passed Class-V/VITl should be submitted at the time of registration.

The applicants are also advised to check their eligibility for registration beforehand.

ENTRANCE TEST & MERIT

All registered candidates will have to appear in an entrance test that will be administeredon the same day/time for all the RPVVs.

The selection will be done on the common merit of the applicant in the Entrance Test of 'respective RPVVs, where the applicant was registered and appeared in Entrance Test.

The entrance rest will consist of objective type questions (100 Marks) to test numericalability, mental ability, general knowledge and language comprehension (10 Marks eachin Hindi & English).

The enrolment in one section of the class will not exceed 35. However, in case, theenrolment is less than 20, the section will not be started.

-3-ENTRANCE TEST PROCESSING FEE(ONLY FOR CLASS-IX)

An amount of Rs.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only) in cash (NON-REFUNDABLE)against the processing fee for Entrance Test will be deposited by the appiicant(s) forRegistration for Entrance Test in Class-IX only at the lime of submission of RegistrationForm to the concerned RPVV.

If any discrepancy found in respect of documents submitted or falls informationsubmitted by the candidate at any stagel level, his/her candidature/admission in RPVVwill be summarily rejected in respect of candidate without any notice.
