Formwork

Concrete work

- After setting out, excavation works will be carried out by qualified workers with precautions

to avoid accident or near miss during the execution of the works.

- All excavated materials that are not necessary will be disposed out from the construction site

- Determine exactly location of foundation, placing lean concrete grade make leveling under footing.

-Filling soil, leveling and compact by roller for each layer 200 mm thick. At narrow areas use roller to compact

-Carry out lean concrete as per design. Do other work above the lean concrete as plan

- Re-bars to be used must be of standard size and in accordance with the design and specifications.

- Rebar fabrication is required with high precision level. To meet this requirement, we use cutting and bar

- bending machines located at workshop and other machines at site.

-Re-bars will be fabricated at site. From positioned axis, check and adjust, install re-bar for columns

-Request for inspection prior to cast concrete.

-Set up centerline and location of columns. Use module steel form combined with timber

-Formwork is put at column base, when installation, adjust and first fix formwork at column base.

- Determine vertical direction of column by plumb, in combination with theodolite transfer center line from

bottom upwards to check. Fix column formwork by timber or steel bracing.

-Setting out of center lines. Install formworks as per approved drawing.

-Install rebar as per design and specification, check sizes, spacing, anchorage length and lap splices

-Request for inspection prior to cast concrete. Casting concrete if the inspection has satisfactory met the design and specs.

-Top surface of the concrete must be finished in accordance with the approved construction drawings.

Price may be the primary determinant for an off-the-shelf item, but the lowest proposed price may not be the lowest cost if the seller proves unable to deliver the product in a timely manner.

- Proposals are often separated into technical (approach) and commercial (price) sections with each evaluated separately.- Multiple sources may be required for critical product. The tools and the techniques described below may be used singly or in combination.- Select a single source who will be asked to sign a standard contract.- Rank order all proposals to establish a negotiating sequence.

On major procurement items, this process may be iterated. A short list of qualified sellers will be selected based on a preliminary proposal, and then a more detailed evaluation will be conducted based on a more detailed and comprehensive proposal.
