Guests enjoyed the seafood menu creations of master chefs from 5 of Koh Samui’s luxury resorts. The Chefs team was led by our Executive Chef, Konrad Inghelram. Each menu paired with a great selection of Siam Winery wines.
The night ended with a selection of desserts created by the culinary team of Jahn restaurant, Conrad Koh Samui’s signature restaurant, awarded Thailand Tatler’s Best Restaurant in 2012 and 2013.
Conrad Koh Samui recently organized a beach party in style as five of Samui’s top chefs came together to create five cocktail style seafood menus for guests to enjoy against the spectacular backdrop of the famed Five islands, all paired with fine wines and fine tunes.
