DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North continues to be an approved venue to hold civil wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships. Choose from a number of rooms which have been licenced:- Badminton and Brunel Suites Seating from 4 to 40 guests - £350.00 hire Redcliffe Suite (per section) Seating from 40-165 guests (50 per section) - £500.00 hire per section Room hire price includes: Hire of licensed room, theatre style seating with white chair covers tied with your choice of coloured sash, Red Carpeted Aisle plus a white flower arrangement for the registrars table Please note the Registrar to conduct the ceremony must be arranged separately by the Bride & Groom. In the first instance you should contact the registrar within the area in which you live.

Make a Night of it

Why not stay overnight after the wedding at a discounted rate. Take advantage of our late breakfast served until 11.00am and a midday check

out An allocation of bedrooms can be put aside at the agreed rate for your guests to

book until 3 weeks prior to the big day. A website will be built (Personalised Online Group or POG) so guests can book their own rooms at any time of day or

night. These rates are fixed and will not change, however we will request full payment

at the time of booking with no changes or refunds allowed

Prices for 2017 onwards Double, Twin room or family rooms** from just £75.00 per room per night Bed

and Breakfast – NB rate is subject to availability, pre- payable in full at time of booking and is non refundable

Up to 2 children under 12yrs may share their parents rooms free of charge (where room type allows) for older children or larger family groups 2 inter-

** Applicable when booking the Velvet package only. Membership will commence 3 months immediately prior to the wedding date only. Can be added onto other wedding packages if wished – price on application


How to book

Once you have received our brochure naturally you will want to come and see the hotel for yourself, before making any final decision. We would love to meet you in person, discuss your ideas over a coffee and to show you what we can offer. Please contact the office to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet. The office is open Monday – Friday between 8am & 6pm but appointments outside these hours can be made by prior arrangement. Once you have decided on a date for your wedding, we can provisionally hold the space for approximately 14 days without any commitment. Once you are ready to confirm, a £300.00 non-refundable deposit will be requested to secure the date. A 2nd payment of 30% is required 6 months prior to the wedding date. 3rd payment of another 30% is due 3 months prior. The final balance is due just 1 week before when we require final catering numbers** Finer details can be discussed with your wedding planner at any time once the initial deposit has been paid. However we would recommend an appointment around 3 months before the wedding date to update details - or earlier if you are ready
