Poster Display Requirements:

1. Poster Display Wall Height 8 feet and with above configuration display

2. Green Carpeting of Layout floor Area

3. Carpet at enter gate extending outside of display area 5 meters

4. Illumination of Display Hall By 12 Halogen tubes

5. Poster Illumination by a CFL bulb

6. Poster Panels covered with Flex/Polyethylene

7. Stickers for Poster Identification

8. Two sided sticker tapes for poster sticking



9. Two banners for Event schedule and Event Branding

10. Cushion couches for 12 men seats

11. Glass Centre Table

12. Cushion Chairs 24

13. Desk 10 (One Desk with Locker facility

(Desk standard size 1.2m x 0.6m of high Quality)

14. Wiring of all Illumination to be provided by vendor and to be done

aesthetically, one power centre will be provided for Display and

another for exhibition stalls by TBRL



Exhibition Stall Requirements & Configuration

1. Exhibition Stalls Numbers :60

2. Stalls Size : 3m x 3m x 2.5 m (10x10x8 feet)

3. Exhibition Carpet Area : 80 feet x 135 feet

4. Exhibition Layout as shown below

5. Layout floor area is totally carpeted with Grey/Green colour carpet

6. Exhibition Stalls to be covered from top

7. Colour Display panel for branding of Stalls

8. Special Stalls 04 numbers for platinum sponsors

(Quality Branding and Colour with good illumination)

9. Two Illumination bulbs Inside Stall

10. Two Desks for each stalls (Size 1.2x0.6)

11. Two cushion chairs for each Stall

12. Carpet floor for Stalls

13. One carpet extending outside of Exhibition stalls 5 meters

14. One Pole at Centre for Area Illumination with four Halogen tubes

15. One Power Point with 15 Amp and 5 Amp sockets power strip

16. Wiring all will be provided by vendors , one single power point will be

provided by TBRL near the site of Exhibition



Terms & Conditions:

The scope of work entails the following particulars:

1. For security clearance of persons their passport size photo with identity proof will be

provided by the service provider in advance of two days prior from commencing of work.Details like: Firm name, Mobile no & Make, Laptop & Make, Address proof will be provided

by firm for security clearance.

2. All Transportation with loading/Unloading /Erection of stalls and display panels and their all

structure & support as per layout will be the responsibility of the vendors. The details of

good entry /out gate pass and will be maintained by the vendor.

3. The event particulars like stalls/display layout may be modified as per the requirement and

urgency only.

4. Vendors have to accommodate some of the increase requirement in urgency for event of

stalls and poster display.

5. Vendors will provide at least two persons for stalls & two for display panels & poster work

during the event from 09:00 Hrs to 19:00 Hrs from 10th

– 12th

Nov 2011.

6. The responsibility of all goods & structure is of vendor during event.

7. Total expenditure is Rs 3, 45,000/- with 10.3% tax, total is Rs 3, 85,000/- only.

8. An advance of Rs 50,000/- will be given to vendor.

9. The rest amount will be given within week after the event last date.
