What we know: Urgencies in the moment override

desires in the future. Often people don’t purposely let go of

what is right or good for them. Stress overrides logic and pushes individuals to seek comfort-even when it may harm their future.

Hopelessness preventsresourcefulness. Lack of belief in self decreases the ability

and desire to be see beyond barriers to options.

Ability to achieve increases when actions are anchored in values. People successfully sustain change when

they determine their own worth of certain actions and outcomes.

The difference between sacrifice and punishment is not the amount of pain but the amount of choice. If people feel in control, believe strongly in

the outcome and in themselves they will find a way to achieve their goals.

People create positive lasting change in their lives not because others direct them to do so. They create change because they choose it for themselves. They achieve their goals not because others told them the correct steps to take. They achieve them because they believe in self and their steps are anchored in their values. People move beyond perceived barriers not because they received the defined needed support. They move beyond barriers because they uncover and seek out the support that fits their goals and individual needs.

Levels: Level One:Mini Certification

Level Two:Coach Practitioner Certification

Level Three:Associate Certification

Audience: Key Personnel Personnel that counsel, advise or train clients Personnel that counsel, advise or train clients that are providing Learn to Earn or something similar

Time Frame: 2.5 Days (prerequisite for coach practitioner certification)

150 Hours (prerequisite for associate certification)• 1-2.5 day prerequisite course• 4-2 day courses• 4-evening learning labs

12 Hours• 6-2 hour sessions via SKYPE or

similar

Objectives: • Learn basic skills for assisting others in aligning choices with their values

• Develop basic skills for supporting others in creating positive lasting change

• Develop consistent services that honor the client and their values

• Learn advanced skills for assisting others in aligning choices with their values

• Develop advanced skills for supporting others in creating positive lasting change

• Develop consistent services that honor the client and their values

• Learn how to provide one-on-one coaching utilizing Confidence at the Core programing

• Learn how to implement core pieces of the program successfully

• Learn how to measure progress of clientele
