The National Self Build and Renovation Centre

The National Self Build and Renovation Centre is the UK’s only

permanent visitors Centre for those undertaking or looking to

complete a Self Build, Home Improvement or Renovation.

As well as our Exhibition space of over 250 exhibition stands we

have 6 meeting rooms, accommodating 2 to 240 delegates. A

perfect venue for your large events or small board meetings. We

have four full size houses within the Centre giving us the real

‘WOW’ factor.

The NSBRC is an employee owned company. This means our small

team are all stakeholders in the business and have a passion to see

the Centre succeed. We believe that you will feel the difference in

BuildIt Theatre

The BuildIt Theatre is our largest meeting room located on the ground floor. Our most versatile room with a maximum capacity of 240 delegates. This room is perfect for your larger scale events, product

launches and team building.

Custom Build Suite

Renovation Suite

The extremely popular Renovation Suite is located on the first floor of the Centre and provides a quiet space for thought provoking meetings. This quiet space is great for team meetings with magnetic walls

Sovereign Theatre

The Sovereign Theatre is situated on the ground floor of the Visitor Centre. This unique space is a great area for product demonstrations with it’s reinforced floor. With easy access the Theatre is suitable for

breakout sessions, networking events and breakfast meetings.

Dale Boardroom
