3-Award of the contract

Contract will be awarded to the bidder in light of his price and experience The successful bidder will be required to pay the final warranty (5% of the contract cost)

The unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their bid point The Navy forces has the right to reject/cancel any bid due to one or the other reasons

Basic Agreement/ ContractIt includes the following

1-Complete agreement: This contract nullifies any previous agreement or understanding and shall be considered valid
