Unmatched speed-to-market

Delivery of the Seebo Condition Monitoring solution starts with a Digital Prototype discovery workshops – led by Seebo’s Client Solutions team – to define the key performance indicators that are to be reported, along with all the technical parameters of the solution.

Seebo’s team then graphically models the solution using the Seebo Solution Modeler, including the appropriate dashboards and performance metrics, the rules for critical alerts and warnings, required sensors, and data connectivity.

In just two weeks, Seebo delivers to the client – using the Seebo IoT Simulator – a virtual prototype of the condition monitoring system This allows customers to fully validate the scope and functionality of the entire system, minimizing risks and eliminating surprises.

Fast-forward just 8-10 weeks, and Seebo delivers a working Condition Monitoring solution based on the client’s specific digital prototype. The entire solution is built on the Seebo platform, enabling the client to easily and rapidly modify the solution – once in production – as the business demands.

Digital Prototype

OverviewThe purpose of this phase is to enable the Seebo team to learn about your business needs and system structure, and design a digital prototype of your customized Condition Monitoring solution.

During this phase, which typically takes 2-3 calendar weeks, a Seebo Solution Engineer will work with your team to define an interactive, visual, and detailed Condition Monitoring solution blueprint.

Digital Prototype

ProcessThe Digital Prototype phase centers around four online sessions:

1. Business discovery We will learn the project’s business objectives, and your required timelines, define the users, high-level dashboards, and the KPIs to track. We will jointly decide on a focus device for the Condition Monitoring solution (e.g. specific machine on a particular site) and learn its high-level technical architecture.

2. Digital prototype - business review Seebo will present the first version of the digital prototype, implement required changes based on client feedback, and deliver to client for internal demonstrations and approval

3. Technical discovery Technical review of the devices to be monitored, including : PLCs, existing sensors and required sensors, data extraction and connectivity, data communication, storage, and security. a. To make the Technical Discovery as effective and productive as possible, we ask clients to include the needed engineering resources in this session. b. If needed, the client shall validate with the IT department and receive approval for the gateway and cloud solution proposed by Seebo.

4. Digital prototype - technical review Seebo will present the second version of the digital prototype, which provides technical implementation details of the solution. After implementing your feedback, we will deliver to you the full digital prototype for internal review and signoff.

Digital Prototype

Deliverables1. Seebo will deliver a fully-functional digital prototype of the solution, enabling you

to simulate the behavior of the system across all its use cases. You will be able to present the solution internally, validate the solution functionality, and in so doing, minimize project risks and eliminate surprises.

2. Detailed solution blueprint, including: • Dashboards and performance metrics • Use cases that generate critical alerts and warnings • Required sensors and their specs • Data extraction and connectivity, including needed gateway and data transmission frequency • Cloud services

3. Following Technical Review of the digital prototype, Seebo will provide a detailed pricing proposal, including hardware, professional services, and software subscription fees

Solution Configuration

OverviewSeebo Client Solutions will configure, customize, and set up the solution per the approved specifications and digital prototype. At the end of this phase, client will have a working physical prototype of the solution, including all needed hardware and software components.

Process1. Seebo will send needed hardware - gateway, non-intrusive gateways- as may

be required, to your facilities for your installation.

2. With your team’s support (and remote access), Seebo Client Services will configure the hardware as needed.

3. The Seebo team will configure the solution software components • Integrations: between PLC, gateway, and cloud services • Secured cloud services: to process the data and store it securely • Dashboards and alerts: to present actionable insights to the solution users

4. Client will confirm all deliverables were accepted and installed

DeliverablesCondition Monitoring solution available for testing on one machine/site of choice, per the approved specifications. This will include all needed HW and SW components.

HW is shipped and configured at client’s facilities, Condition Monitoring dashboards are served through Seebo platform, ready for your testing.MILESTONE
