To complete a travel profile and / or book travel online Employees can self-register by going to:
REGISTER AN ACCOUNT – ONLINE BOOKING
Complete the registration form:
Your Concur Login is your Berry Plastics Business Email Address. Make note of the unique password created.
Log in immediately from the link provided and complete a profile or log in later to complete your profile.
You will receive an email that includes a link to access Concur
or save this link as a favorites for easy access to the booking tool site: https://concursolutions.com

Registration Confirmation
An email will be delivered confirming completion of the Registration process.
The next page will confirm registration. A link is provided to immediately log in to Concur.
Use the username (email) and unique password created during registration.

Travel Booking Home Page
Review the Company Notes area for important program information and
updates. Before booking travel complete ALL pages
of your travel profile.

Log In Page for Online Booking Tool
After Completing the Registration Log in to book travel: https://concursolutions.com Enter your Username (Berry email). Enter the Unique Password created during
registration. Use the link – Forgot your Password? to reset a Password. A link to this log in page is also available on the Business Travel Guide and on the Berry Plastics
intranet.
Profile Pages

Click the Profile tab and the View displays each profile area separately. When adding all information
for the first time, go to Personal Information and one scrolling page of all profile areas will display.

Complete your profile when logging in for the first time before you book any travel.
REQUIRED fields are marked by the [Required] icon.
The name field must match the PHOTO ID used for air travel. If the name field does not match your PHOTO ID, contact eCommerce support at 866 502 1926 to
edit this field. Note: users are able to edit the middle name field.
The next 8 pages review all profile fields and information to be entered.

Company Information
Review the Company Notes area for important program information and
updates. Before booking travel complete ALL pages
of your travel profile.
Contact Information

Work and Home address are not required fields but recommended to
complete. Use the Assigned Location drop down to quickly enter a
Business address.
Emergency Contact address will populate
when entering a home address. Enter your emergency contact
person’s name.
SAVE each area as you complete the fields or SAVE one time when
finished entering info.

If there is a Primary Arranger assigned to your profile, that person will also receive the
ticketed itinerary invoices. It is not necessary to add the Primary Arranger email in this area.

Contact Information is important for Travel Leaders. A Work or
Home Phone field is “required”. It is important for TLC to have a Mobile Phone number on file. Enter your Mobile number in
the Home Phone field also if you prefer not to provide a home
number. Your email address will be
populated. Email 2 and 3 can be a personal email address The
emails listed in your profile will receive all notifications from
Travel Leaders including ticketed itineraries.

Travel Preferences & Membership Numbers
Enter your Travel Preferences and personal Membership numbers to
ensure credit on all your booked trips.
NOTE: the profile information entered online is used by the Agents when
making full service bookings so they will always have the most updated
profile information.
Under Frequent Traveler Programs enter Air, Hotel and Rental Car program
numbers at one time. See next slide

The pop up box will display when you “Add a Program” Follow the format instructions for entering Airline, Hotel and Rental Car membership numbers. Be sure to check Search this vendor. Add 5 numbers at a time and begin the process again for the next 5. Save the window between each set of entries.
TSA and Passport Information

Log In the first time and complete the registration pages.
Required fields are marked by an asterisk*
TSA information including Birth date and Gender must be populated in your profile. International Travel requires passport information in every reservation. Passport data is not required in the profile but users will be reminded to add.

Travelers can assign other users as Travel Arrangers.
Go to Add an Assistant – the pop up box
will display; enter a name or email to search for the arranger.
From the results in the Assistant drop down, choose the name to be attached. Check the box Can book travel for me. One arranger can be delegated as the Primary assistant who is automatically
copied in on all notifications and itineraries.
The profile page will display all names attached to your profile.
Arrangers are notified via email when they have been added to another profile.
You can “refuse” self assigning delegation so that other users cannot
assign themselves to book for you.

When an assistant / arranger is added by an end user to their
profile or an arranger “self assigns” a traveler to their
profile, an email notification goes out to both parties.
In the Contact Information area back up arrangers’ emails can be added if these arranges regularly
need to receive the ticketed itineraries. The Primary Arranger
will always receive these itineraries.

ADD A CREDIT CARD The USD BTA credit card is the primary credit card used for all air travel. Users have the option to use the USD credit card for AIR travel or designate their
personal card for air travel.
USD employees must add a personal credit card to be used for hotel guarantees and rental car. Service Fees
for Hotel and Car only bookings will be charged to the personal credit card on file (hotel and car charges will be applied at the end of travel).
Go to Add a Credit Card
The pop up box displays – enter all information including checking the boxes to assign this card as the default card for hotel and car rental service fees and
charges. Billing address is not marked as required but MUST be entered for certain carriers, such as Southwest.
SAVE the entry.
The profile page displays the entered card and is encrypted. Multiple cards can be entered if
necessary.
If you have not SAVED profile information as entered do so now to SAVE all entries.

Travel Arrangers
Users should always log in as themselves. From the home page if you are assigned to others to book travel, choose
the name of the person you wish to book or update a profile for from the drop down list. Make sure the page
refreshes and now displays the person you intend to book for or update a profile for.
See next slide to self assign others to your profile.

Always Log In to Concur as yourself. To assign yourself as a Travel Arranger for another profile
follow these steps: 1. Next to: You are administering travel for: Me
Click SEARCH. 2. Type the last name of the person in the box,
You are administering travel for. A list of results will display.
3. Select the name of the person you need access to from this list. Hit OK
4. The page will refresh and now display the selected name. You are able to book for that person immediately. An email is sent to the traveler to advise of your assignment.
The next time you log in, all names of
employees attached to your profile will appear in the drop down box.

From the Travel TAB - Arrangers can access traveler’s information from the Arrangers link. From this view, access an assigned traveler in Choose a Traveler.
Review Upcoming Travelers reservations for assigned travelers and review the
details of all travelers assigned in I’m Assisting.
