INTRODUCTION

The first computer was invented in Berlin, Germany, 1936. the computer name was the Z1 this computer was made by Konrad Zuse. The computer had a 64 word memory, where each word of memory could be read from and written to by the control unit. The Z1 computer was destroyed in the bombardment of Berlin in December 1943, during World War II, together with all the construction plans making it unable to build it again. Computer have evolved drastically over the years, they have been changed in shape, sizes and the way they work etc.

DESCRIPTION OF COMPUTERS AND HOW THEY WORK.

The main purpose’s of computers is to store data/information. They also use software and hardware. software is a computer program e.g. Microsoft office, internet and apps. Hardware is the internal part of the computer aka. memory available space etc. The computer does its work in a part of the computer that we cannot see. The control centre, is called the central processing unit (CPU). Mother board, a mother board is one of the main parts of the computer (without it the computer cannot run) It is a little plastic board with components that help the computer work. The computer is mainly binary because everything is just 0 and 1.

HISTORY OF COMPUTERS

This is a brief history of the computer from 1950 to 2010 starting at the first electronic computer and after development ending up at the mac book laptop. We’re still evolving and changing today. Computing today is used for a lot more things than just calculations it is used for Social networking (Communicating), playing games, entertainment, education (revision), making documents (Microsoft: word, excel, PowerPoint. Adobe: Photoshop etc.).

LAW OF COMPUTERS

Law: there are many laws to do with computers they are mostly what you do online and on social networks. For instance there is a new law that is called revenge porn, it is if you are dating someone and you break up and you put up exclusive/ private images about them online you would get jail time for 2 years if you are found out. Another new law is if you troll someone (Bully) you can go to jail for 2 years.
