experience. He has led and managed many wall--to--wall

productivity improvement projects in mining, oil & gas

manufacturing, logistic, plantation, garment and textiles, etc, in

South East Asia. Prior to his role in VELOZ Productivity

Consulting, he was COO, Senior Consultant, Project Director, &

Unit Vice President of international productivity consulting firms.

Holding degree in mechanical engineering from California State

University, USA. Suswanto build more than 20 years background

and reputation in implementation consultancy.

His experience in PT Mitra Telekomunikasi Selular Impac

Productivity Consulting – USA, ManTec Productivity Consulting –

Sweden, Jamieson Group Consulting, Pty Ltd – Australia, and

recently as CEO of Veloz Productivity Consulting ,provides him

with extent knowledge on how to improve clients overall

performance in challenging times and extent network with some

Mrs. (Poppy) Cynthia Dwina Sari is focusing her career in the

public relation and marketing management for more than 15

years. Start her career at Astra group, PT XL AXIATA Tbk, then

Paradise Bali Holidays Group.

As the group Chief of marketing officer, she has a wide range of

sales and marketing knowledge in various industries especially

on brand building and stakehiolders relationship management.

And now she is contributing in INTICON’s to enable our long

terms strategic goals in sales and marketing initiatives.

Mrs. Poppy will build solid strategy on how to work with potential

partner that will attract various type of partnership from small

medium size company to large private conglomerate and also

government agencies.

Wisnu Triwardhana with more than 17 years of experience in

managing business operations throughout various industry,

gained his degree in music and video business from Denver and

Los Angeles, USA. Later on, he is able to build his career in

entertainment industry when he joined the Hard Rock Bali

pre-opening team. Then Circle K Indonesia as Marketing &

Promotion Manager. In 2003 he decided to build business his

own private company that operates in Advertising areas where he

is involved with arranging high calibre international events such

as the 9th ASEAN Summit in Bali. He is passionate in developing

companies to grow. Currently as the Chief Operating Officer,

Wisnu is responsible to expand the company’s business and

services throughout the region.

Ben Lawson has been involved in the Indonesian coal and mining

industries for more than 15 years. He first came to Indonesia in

1996 for infrastructure projects in S.E. Asia. In 1998 the company

he was with closed its Asian offices due to the “Asian financial

crisis” and in 1999 he co-founded PT. Motus Gemilang, which is

active in the bulk commodities trading and business development

consulting sectors.

Mr. Lawson now acts as Chief Operating Officer at PT. Sanaman

Coal Indonesia with coal mining concessions in the Indonesian

Provinces of East Kalimantan and South Sumatra. He is also

currently the Vice-Chairman of both the Djakarta Mining Club and

the Coal Club Indonesia, founded by mining industry magnate

Caterpillar.

Mr. Lawson was Expert Staff for energy affairs to the RI Minister

of Small & Medium Enterprises, and has been a speaker and/or

chairperson at the most prestigious coal and energy related

conferences. In addition, he has done televised interviews with

the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), and print

interviews / editorials for UBS Bank, Wood Mackenzie, CoalAsia

Magazine, Mining & Engineering Journal, the Indonesian Coal

Report and others.

Mr. Lawson has acted as Expert Witness in coal related

arbitration cases under International Chamber of Commerce

(ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA),

Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and

Singapore High Court proceedings.

Mr. Lawson fluently speaks Indonesian, both reading and writing

at a contractual/legal level of proficiency and he is blessed with

long-standing personal relationships with many of Indonesia’s

most prominent public, and private sector individuals.

Mr Bawa started his career as a Geologist in oil and gas drilling

services industry and continuing within geothermal industry. His

career has also exposed him with sales, marketing and business

development for many kind of power generation projects. He has

multiple working experiences with multinational companies such

as : Sperry-Sun, UNOCAL Geothermal (then acquisition by

CHEVRON Geothermal), Hyundai-HHI CO. Ltd, General Electric

(GE Energy) and SIEMENS. He then joined with Medco Power

Indonesia as VP of Business Development where he helped to

build corporate strategy and preparing the long terms business

plan by monetizing the natural gas assets belong to Medco

Energy in domestic and global business as well taking

responsible for IPP new investment for “thermal” and

“renewables” power project.

Michael Sheehy is a former cattle station manager who managed

major cattle properties in Western Australia for BHP and the

Northern Territory for the Heytesbury Pastoral Group. Michael

worked for the Heytesbury Group for eight years and was also

Managing Director of Heytesbury Thoroughbreds at Keysbrook in

Western Australia and the CEO of the Heytesbury Asian Beef

Operations for Heytesbury. Awarded a Nuffield scholarship in

1992 where he studied the live cattle trade between Australia and

Malaysia Michael has twenty years of experience in the food and

agricultural sector of South East Asia. Michael has been living in

Indonesia for the last fifteen years and is the chief financial officer

for Natural Resources Indonesia an Indonesian company that

has business interests in mining, property and agriculture.

Benny has been involved with high profile food and beverage

projects in the last 20 years. with a strong network of supply-chain

and on-the- ground knowledge in tourism, food and beverage

development and brand awareness improvement.

Benny has been involved in concepting, designing and opening in

some of major project such as FX mall Jakarta, Paradise Q

waterpark-Qubu resorts in Kalimantan, Exodus club and lounge

Kuningan City, Tea Et Al Pacific Place Jakarta and many more

restaurant and café in Indonesia.

Benny is also the founder of Jakarta Food and Beverages

Services where he provides short courses for talents who have

interest to build career in the food and beverage sector and
