Complied Analysis reports attached herewith.

9. All the vessels used in the manufacturing process shall be closed to reduce the fugitive emission. All the storage tanks of flammable / toxic chemicals shall be under negative pressure to avoid any exposure or leakage. Breathers, N2 Blanketing and condensers shall be provided to the storage tanks.

All vessels in our plant are closed. Photographs enclosed herewith.

A.3 SOLID WASTE:10. All types of the wastes shall be stored separately in the hazardous

waste storage area facility to be provided in the premises. Separate storage area is provided for all type of waste. Photographs enclosed

11. Discarded containers / liners shall be sold only to the registered recycler after decontamination.

We sell discarded containers/ liners to the registered recycler only after decontamination.

12. Used oil / waste oil shall be sold only to the registered recycler having valid permissions from the GPCB and the CPCB.

We used to sell used oil/waste oil to the registered recycler having valid permission of the GPCB and CPCB.

A.4 SAFETY:13. All necessary precautionary measures shall be taken to avoid any

kind of accident during storage and handling of solvents in addition to other toxic / hazardous chemicals.

Complied

14. All the hazardous raw materials especially acids and solvents, shall be stored in optimum quantity. All necessary permissions in this regard shall be obtained from competent authorities before commencing the project.

All Hazardous raw materials is stored in optimum quantity only.

15. Personal Protective Equipments shall be provided to workers and its usage shall be ensured and supervised.

Personal Protective Equipments are provided and use of the same is mandatory for workers in our plant.

16. First Aid Box and required Antidotes for the chemicals used in the unit shall be made readily available in adequate quantity.

First Aid box is provided.

Photographs enclosed herewith.

17. Training shall be imparted to all the workers on safety and health aspects of chemicals handling, from time to time.

Training program for workers is arranged time to time.

18. Occupational health surveillance of the workers shall be done and its records shall be maintained. Pre-employment and periodical medical examination for all the workers shall be undertaken as per the Factories Act & Rules.

Complied. Pre employment and periodical medical examination for workers is arranged.

19. Handling and charging of the chemicals shall be done in such a manner that minimal human exposure occurs.

All Chemicals are handled and charged in such a way to minimize exposure time.

A.5 NOISE:20. The overall noise level in and around the plant area shall be kept

well within the standards by providing noise control measures including engineering controls like acoustic insulation hoods, silencers, enclosures etc. on all sources of noise generation. The ambient noise level shall confirm to the standards prescribed under The Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 & Rules.

Noise level in and around plant is under standard limit. Noise Analysis reports attached herewith.

A.6 CLEANER PRODUCTION AND WASTE MINIMIZATION:21. The company shall undertake various waste minimization

measures including: a) Metering and control of quantities of active ingredients to minimize waste. b) Reuse of by-products from the process as raw materials or raw materials substitutes in other process. c) Use of automated and enclosed filling to minimize spillage. d) Venting equipment through vapour recovery system. e) Use of high pressure hoses for equipment cleaning to reduce wastewater generation.f) Use of close feed system into batch reactors.

Complied. All possible measures are taken for waste minimization.

A.7 GREEN BELT AND OTHER PLANTATION:22. Unit shall develop green belt of 300 Sqm within premises as

submitted. The unit shall further take up adequate plantation at suitable open land on road sides and other open areas within the GIDC or in nearby locality or schools in consultation with the GIDC/ GPCB / Gram Panchayat and submit an action plan of plantation for next three years to GPCB.
