In order to qualify for agent and agency rewards for Cunard Academy, the agency must be a producing agency for Cunard. Complete Cruise Solution Academy Reminders

How to ensure you’re recognised when due to travel on board P&O Cruises, Cunard or Princess Cruises.

To receive the correct Academy loyalty benefi ts as part of your rewards once you have achieved Staff Captain or above when travelling on board one of our Complete Cruise Solution cruise lines, please ensure you contact the Complete Cruise Solution Academy team by email at least 7 working days before your departure date.

Contact the team on: [email protected]

And include the following details:Your Academy member number (CCN), your full name, your ABTA number and your cruise booking reference.

Once the Complete Cruise Solution Academy team receive these details they will confi rm that the correct loyalty benefi ts have been applied to your booking.

Ensure your Academy contact details are correct

By being part of the Complete Cruise Solution Academy you are eligible for a number of benefi ts and rewards. To ensure that you receive all of these please check that your contact details, postal address and email address are complete. To check this simply:

• Go into Manage User Profi le on your Academy account

• Select Edit my account on the left hand menu

• Scroll to the bottom of your User profi le and click on Edit• The next screen allows you to update your personal details, once completed click Submit

Managing your Academy member number

Did you know you can take your Academy training with you if you move to a new agency?Simply contact the Online Helpdesk on 0845 355 3055 or email [email protected] (open 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday)and have to hand your current ABTA number, the ABTA number you are moving to and your Academy member number (CCN). The team will then ensure that your Academy training is moved to your new agency.
