We are looking forward to the 9th CCA Annual Convening which is scheduled from Tuesday, December 4, 2018 – Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Palmer House in Chicago, Illinois. Higher education’s key leaders, decision makers and practitioners from all 50 states and U.S. territories will be present at this most anticipated event. I hope to see you among them, and that you plan to attend the convening this year.

In order to participate as an exhibitor in the 2018 Annual Convening, please complete the Exhibitor Contract/Information Form and submit it to me. The next sheet contains specific information regarding the registration process and the Sponsor/Exhibit Package Options and Exhibit Information. Once your contract is received, a specialized registration link will be sent to you through our electronic system.

Your organization will have an opportunity to advertise within the Annual Convening app as part of the package options. Please have your marketing department send us your corporate logo, advertising copy, and artwork no later than September 19th 2018. The required ad-copy format is PSD (preferred), JPEG or PNG.
