ALTERNATOR

The Hino 195 has a stronger frame than the Isuzu NRR with a greater Resisting Bending Moment – 422,900 in.-lb. versus 316,800 in.-lb. Hino’s frame is 33% stronger than Isuzu’s.

The Hino 195 oers a higher output standard 12V alternator rated at 130 Amp output versus Isuzu’s at 110 Amp.

HINO’S HIGHER AMP ALTERNATOR, PROVIDES ADDITIONAL POWER FOR BODY ACCESSORIES ... ADVANTAGE HINO.

The Hino 195 has a stronger frame than the Isuzu NRR (56,900 versus 44,000 PSI) meaning Hino’s frame is more durable, approximately 29% greater in strength.

The Hino 195 is equipped with all-wheel disc brakes for ecient heat dissipation and eective braking. Isuzu still uses drum brakes on the rear axle.

A STRONGER FRAME TRANSLATES INTO A DURABLE AND RELIABLE TRUCK NEEDED FOR HEAVY LOADS... ADVANTAGE HINO.

DRUM BRAKES CANNOT DISSIPATE HEAT EFFICIENTLY AND ARE PRONE TO BRAKE FADE UNDER HEAVY BRAKING CONDITIONS. THE ALL-WHEEL DISC BRAKES PROVIDE SAFE & RELIABLE BRAKING … ADVANTAGE HINO.

Isuzu NRR

Hino 195

Isuzu NRR

The Hino SCR system is compact and sits below the frame rails. The Isuzu system extends further than Hino’s and sits ush with the frame creating more interference along the frame rail. The position of Hino’s SCR system provides greater body mounting exibility.

The location and height of the DEF tank is also an important factor. The Hino DEF tank extends from the frame 22 inches and the Isuzu, 24 ½ inches. Hino’s DEF tank is set 8 inches lower than the top of the frame rail for easy access to rell the tank. Isuzu’s DEF tank is set only 1 inch below the frame thereby creating more interference for body mounting and DEF relling.

THE HINO SCR AND DEF TANK LOCATION WAS DESIGNED FOR EASIER BODY INSTALLATION AND DEF REFILLING… ADVANTAGE HINO.

CAB AERODYNAMICS

Hino 195 Isuzu NRR

The Hino cab emphasizes aerodynamics and visibility with an angled windshield, narrow A-pillars and rounded-radius curves. The shape of the cabin has been tapered towards the front and the corner radius is now larger to improve aerodynamics. Both of these features help to enhance fuel eciency, all the while providing ample space inside the cabin.

Getting in and out of a Hino during a busy delivery schedule takes minimal eort. The Hino is designed with convenient grab handles. The Hino 195 doors open a full 80 degrees, giving you plenty of room for smooth and easy cab entry/exit. The Isuzu doors open 90 degrees, making it very dicult to reach the door after getting into the cab.

The Hino 195 has a wider 7 ½ inch step for entering the cab. The steps were enlarged to make it easier and safer to get in and out of the cab.

The Hino 195 uses narrow A-pillars that are well positioned towards the outside of the eld of view. The design of the side view mirrors helps to enhance the driver’s line of sight to the side. Isuzu’s wider A-pillar design means less visibility.

Hino 195 Isuzu NRR

Hino 195 Isuzu NRRGREATER VISIBILITY IS A SAFETY ADVANTAGE: PROTECTING DRIVERS AND REDUCING ACCIDENTS … ADVANTAGE HINO.

HINO’S CAB HAS BEEN REDESIGNED TO MAKE CAB ENTRY AND EXIT VERY EASY. LARGER STEPS AND CONVENIENT GRAB HANDLES MAKE ENTRY / EXIT EFFORTLESS … ADVANTAGE HINO.
