1. INTRODUCTION

Established in 2002, Wadeville Secure supplies a dedicated, disciplined security service that meets the constantly changing needs of its clients.

In order to ensure that our clients receive a quality immediate service we have restricted our operational area to Wadeville and surrounding areas.

Our Managing director, Riaan Steenkamp whilst serving with the S.A.P.S. {15 years} was the sector commander for the Wadeville area, and realised that service levels drastically improved when a specific area received a dedicated /committed service.

2. GUARDING

“We believe the following aspect of our “Service Delivery” standards differentiates our Company -

Location: All operations are managed and monitored from our office situated in Wadeville.

Control room: We have a control room manned 24/7/365.

Pre-deployment training: Before a security officer is deployed to a site he/she undergoes an extensive security training in order to provide you with the best service possible. The guarding personnel are also trained on site to meet your exact requested policy and procedure.

“Client Liaison”: All Guarding managers are required to visit our clients on a regular basis, thereby ensuring open, constructive and efficient communication channels, to meet and exceed all your needs.

3. LABOUR BROKING

We offer a broad spectrum of Security services and labour broking. Placements range from Admin staff to Pickers and Checkers and more.

Every prospective candidate undergoes various tests to ensure that he/she is suited for the various available positions and that they measure up to and exceed our clients’ standards.

4. INVESTIGATIONS

Our investigators are ex-S.A.P.S. detectives with experience in the fields of murder, robbery, fraud, theft, etc.

The majority of investigations we undertake are matters resulting from crimes having been committed; these are then investigated in conjunction with the SAPS, local detective branches and/or Organised Crime, Germiston.

All investigations are undertaken with the aim at presenting evidence in criminal court, as well as CCMA if required.

6. CCTV- REMOTE MONITORING

We have been monitoring remotely 2007.

CCTV images as well as alarm situations from client premises are streamed to the control room via ADSL connections. Depending on the situation at hand the control room dispatches either armed response, SAPS, or Medical response. This whilst the situation is in progress.

This application allows us to view incidents at the client’s premises in almost real time {2-5 second delays}.

Telkom provides the ADSL lines that have the following advantages:

- Service level agreement – reduces ADSL downtime, less than 4 hours, day or night.- Line speed, the VPN runs at 4 Meg.- The line is uncapped, allowing continues monitoring.

Alarm / motion detection via CCTV cameras are not as reliable, for this reason we install alarm system linked to the control room via GPS transmitters, in the event of an intrusion the alarm system “informs” the control thereof , where after related cameras are viewed.

The suspect/s is then monitored whilst in the process of commuting a crime.

Videofied guarding utilises the latest in wireless video alarm technolog. Military grade IP65 rated outdoor infrared cameras, completely wireless and self-sufficient. Virtual Security doesn’t need a phone line to communicate, nor does it need power. Self-contained lithium batteries last up to 2 years without the need for replacing. Communication of all alarm signals are sent via the GSM network thanks to a built in on-board modem.

Total Flexibility

Wireless technology means no wires and total flexibility to move the system around your site and provide maximum security as it evolves, it also means it can easily be moved from site to site as one project finishes and a new one commences.

SHORT – MEDIUM – LONG TERM
