engineering, best manufacturing practices and customer focused

Our journey began in 1977 when the founder of MVS - Mr. D.C.

Rastogi understood that Inert gas generation systems needed to

be cleaner, more reliable and efficient than the fuel burning

systems available at that time. This vision to transform the industry,

led to our partnership with CarboTech (Germany) and we

launched PSA Nitrogen generators in the Indian market.

Subsequently, with a core desire to bring the latest products and

technologies to the market, MVS continues to not only invest heavily

in R&D, but also continually seeks International partners who have

developed new and innovative technologies.

PSA Nitrogen Generator

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) generators have

been in use since 1970s for delivering high purity

nitrogen. This technology is well proven and very

robust. Our plants are designed for very long life. Our

many plants are working since last 30 years. We have

supplied over 1700 German design PSA Nitrogen

generators in collaboration with CarboTech AC GmbH

Ammonia Crackers are a reliable source of

Hydrogen Nitrogen (HNX) mix for a variety of

industries such as Heat treatment of metals,

sintering furnaces, metal powder production among

requirement. Standard

cracked gas mixture is

in a ratio of 75% H2 :

modulate the cracked

molecular purification

unit downstream of the

cracker furnace which
