Getting InvolvedMy EDGE Project consisted of recycling used products for companies in Cedar City, UT.To satisfy the project, I ended up working with a company called Bulloch Drug which is a local company that sells pharmaceuticals, gifts, florals, and other home dcor. Bulloch Drug does not recycle their used materialsOnce the shipments arrived I would help inventory the products.After inventory, I would take the empty cardboard boxes and recycle them for the company.

DocumentationDuring the course of the project I documented a few different things to keep track and have proof of my completion:The types of materials I was recycling.- Cardboard2. The number of materials I retrieved and recycled.- Total = 84 cardboard boxes3. The dates I picked up the materials.- October 5- October 8- October 124. The budget used to complete the project.- $30 for gas

Goals and the FutureMy current short-term goals have been accomplished thanks to this project.I wanted to get involved in the community and help make a change.Once the project was completed I established some future goals:Expand my community involvement for my future area.This was a small community engagement and I would like to do a larger project.Potentially begin a community program in my future area with the city council.Get my family involved and hopefully others to help make a change.The environment should be valued, and growth in community involvement is important.
