AbOut cci community construction (cci) is a General contractor specializing in the energy industry, with a focus

on pipelines and facilities. Our management team consists of managers and supervisors that support the coordination

of multiple trades to complete a wide variety of project types. Whether it be pipeline or facility construction, integrity

maintenance, painting, environmental restoration or asbestos abatement, we stand ready to service our client’s

situational needs. Through our diverse field of services, we are able to offer more for less; more cross-trained

individuals with more diverse skill sets to complete multiple trade areas thus creating less down time, less manpower

and lower cost.

cci was founded in Houma, LA in 1983.

Following hurricane Katrina in 2005, cci relocated

their headquarters to Hazlehurst, MS. the current

office features over 10,000 sq. feet of offices,

a computer based training facility, a supply ware-

house, a fabrication and painting shop and over

30 acres of available laydown area. Operating

under new ownership since 2013, cci currently

services the entire southeast from the Eagle Ford

Shale in south central texas to the east coast and

northward to Pennsylvania.

Brownfield construction defines our roots. Our crews routinely perform

maintenance on dOt, FErc and PHiMSA regulated facilities and pipelines.

From the early stages of in-line inspection tools and gauge plates to modern

EMAt tools, cci has been involved with repairing and replacing pipe resulting

from the findings of ILI data. Allow us to showcase our team’s ability to

collaborate with you and other third party contractors to assess and

repair your assets.

The first (and often second and third) layer of defense for metal components is painting or coating. Above ground painting is designed to provide uV protection and both above and below ground coatings protect against metal loss or deterioration. critical to proper functioning is proper applications. Our skilled personnel have undergone application specific training and follow NACE standards for all applications and surface preparation. We provide monitoring and document quality control measures taken to ensure proper applications.
