Communication With Coaches Outside the Building

• Used to be 20 or more years ago we all got into teaching to coach.

• Not that we got into coaching to teach

• Today, teachers teach and we have to look for coaches (lucky if you can find one and the same)

• So we have to go outside of the building to look for such coaches

• AAU, Travel, American legion, Pop Warner, (Conflict of AAU v School)

• All of these have Dad’s or Mom’s who thing they are the best coaches in the world
