YOU SHOULD IDENTIFLY YOURSELF AS A CONSTITUENT KEEP THE LETTER BRIEF (ONE SUBJECT AND ONE PAGE) ASK FOR A RESPONSE WITH THE LEGISLATOR’S POSITION ON
