Speaker

Mr Wilson Chu is currently the Principal Consultant of HMI Consulting Limited, the Consulting Associate of

the Hong Kong Baptist University and also the Chairman of Judging Panel for its Master Degree Project in

Strategic Human Resources Management. He has extensive consulting and training experience in

Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Design, Business Process Improvement, Talent

Development, Total Quality Management, etc. Besides consultancy, Wilson has also been engaged in

designing and conducting in-house training programs for companies of different industries and has

successfully trained up over thousands of executives with management skills required for serving

managerial and supervisory roles.

B. Cancellation Policy

HKIHRM reserves the rights to replace the speaker and/or cancel or alter, content, timing, and venue of the event, as well as to reject any enrolment for whatever reasons at any point in time.

All participation fees are non-transferable and no refund will be granted on cancellation for any reasons. Also, no-shows will incur the full cost of enrolment.

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warming is hoisted at or after 7:00 am, the scheduled event will be cancelled. If the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or natural disaster, the HKIHRM is not responsible

for any expenses incurred by the registrant. Notice of the reschedule arrangement will be sent out within a week.
