Over the next few months, our inspectors will transition to using the electronic version in lieu of the paper form. Why – An electronic version of the certificate was developed for the following reasons: To streamline the inspection workflow and be able to provide certificates via email To provide you with a way to retrieve copies of your certificates via the C2P2 website To improve the legibility of the certificate To streamline our billing process for the certificates When – The electronic version of the certificate is already being tested in select facilities. We anticipate rolling out the electronic version of the certificate to all facilities in September. What to Expect - When the electronic version of the certificate is fully released, all shipping facilities will start receiving PDF versions of their certificates via email. Additionally, you will be able to obtain your certificates from the C2P2 website. Unless the destination is Canada, your certificate will contain a copy watermark. When the destination is Canada, the inspector will email an original version of the certificate to you without the copy watermark. Canada is the only country that requires an original copy. Note: The original version of the certificate WILL NOT be available via the C2P2 website and can only be obtained from a WSDA inspector. Please remember to send pages 1 and 2 of the electronic SC 205 with your Canadian shipment to eliminate any possible delays at the border. Examples are attached for your review. Questions - If you have questions regarding this new process, please contact your local area supervisor or one of the regional managers. Fruit and Vegetable Program

Good Morning All, As you may know, we recently rolled out an electronic Export Form Certificate SC 205. Over the next few months, our inspectors will transition to using the electronic version in lieu of the paper form. Why – An electronic version of the certificate was developed for the following reasons:

To streamline the inspection workflow and be able to provide certificates via email To provide you with a way to retrieve copies of your certificates via the C2P2 website To improve the legibility of the certificate To streamline our billing process for the certificates

When – The electronic version of the certificate is already being tested in select facilities.
