service facility headquartered in Cranston, RI with satellite offices in Winslow, ME and

Binghamton, NY. Our team of pump professionals includes a fully-staffed service operation

comprised of technicians with extensive pump rebuilding and field troubleshooting

experience. Field work is enabled through the use of two service trucks with overhead

lifting cranes. Our trucks carry dedicated tooling, one complete with an on-board air

compressor, to allow our staff the ability to quickly complete even the most demanding

field service work. Our Rhode Island facility is a factory-authorized sales and service hub

for many major pump manufacturers.

Pump removal and disassembly New component installation Complete refurbishment

Our staff can remove your pump from the field and bring it to our Cranston, RI facility for disassembly and diagnosis within 48 hours.

Pumps are completely disassembled and new components are installed in-house. Rebuilds can be provided with factory OEM parts or we can source machined components locally for rapid turnaround.

The final assembly is hydrostatically tested (where appropriate), painted with a protective coating and returned to your facility ready to run.

with a complete electronic report of final alignment

• Ability to repair and recondition pumps in-house from virtually any

manufacturer

Custom fabrication

In addition to rebuilds, we custom-fabricate bases for new pump & motor assemblies in-house.

Laser alignment

Laser alignment of pumps is our specialty, making your seals last longer. We offer this service both in the shop and after installation in the field, and our equipment can provide computer printouts of the final alignment specs.

Custom pump systems. F.W. Webb’s Commercial & Industrial Pump Division offers both pre-packaged

as well as custom booster systems. Our team can work with you to select

a new system to meet virtually any flow or system requirement, or we can

replace your existing booster system with the latest drives and energy-saving

designs. Our custom fabrication capability even allows us to build systems that

match up to your existing footprint and piping, all at a very reasonable price.
