ClarityYou will have more clarity. You have to know where you want to go to get there. Setting
goals requires you to develop clarity. This is the first and most important step to creating a life
that you love and want.

from life, and as a result, do not have much.• 67% of the population has a general idea of what
they want, but do not have plans for how to get it.• Only 10% of the population has specific, well-
defined goals, but even then, 7:10 reach their goals only half the time.

Bad example: I want to lose weight.
Good example: I want to lose 20 lbs by April 15th, 2012. I will perform a half hour of cardio and half hour of strength training per day, 5 times a week and I will only eat starchy carbohydrates 3 times a week.
