CONTINUING EDUCATION Women’s Leadership Forum WOMEN IN MEDICINE: COMPETITION, COLLABORATION, AND TEAM LEADERSHIP THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2013, 6:30 TO 8:00 PM Sponsored by the Massachusetts Medical Society and its Committee on Women in Medicine Accreditation CME CREDIT/ACCREDITATION The Massachusetts Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The Massachusetts Medical Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. DESCRIPTION Through lectures and interactive discus- sion, this activity will provide opportuni- ties for you to increase your effectiveness as team members and leaders. You will hear from experts on a variety of topics includ- ing solutions to further develop the careers of women physicians. Attendees will learn to apply their own strategic decision- making skills, leadership competencies, and personal effectiveness in the manage- ment of teams, departments, and organiza- tions as they work with others to build commitment to goals and implement changes. This program will also feature a networking dinner and presentation of the Woman Physician Leadership Award to Dr. Marianne E. Felice.
