Phase 1

In the first phase of system development , a team is formed at the client college/ university organization which comprises of members such as the

A member of the committee is deployed as the convener of the project whose main task will be to organize meetings and forward the company’s requests to the above formed committee.

Phase 2

A series of discussions between the Requirement and Functionality Analysis Team of DUCC Systems on one side and the Client Organization Committee on the other side. The discussions will include a complete understanding of the present system, its flaws and drawbacks. The discussions will include a complete committee level discussion or an individual level meeting. On completion of the above discussions and on completing the Requirement Analysis Phase, the requirements are analyzed by the DUCC R&D technical team and the best possible solution is presented to the client committee. The client committee is again allowed to question the design and plan of the candidate system. If found any shortcoming the above steps are repeated. But on satisfactorily going through this phase the actual development starts.

Phase 3

In this phase the development starts with the planning and designing of the candidate system. An introductory prototype is presented to the client side committee at each level of development. Ay shortcomings or clarifications are immediately served and rectified.

Client committee is always updated and presented with the ongoing development of the system and its working. If any further require-ments comes up in between those requirements are immediately incorporated within the system.

From the very start of the development of the system, the company follows various SDLC techniques which vary from Prototype to the Spiral Model. All the issues coming up in between are effectively handled by the DUCC R&D team. After the successful development of the system which includes testing and all, the installation and training phase starts.
