WORK EXPERIENCE Wind Technician Mortenson Construction - Texas - January 2015 to Present Responsibilities I was lead of install and removal of turning gears up tower and down tower. Also torque and tensioned blades, and bases on mid top and spike cans. On Vestas v-110 and the first ever Vestas v-117 site ever put up in the U.S. As a team lead we successfully completed the install of Route 66 in Conway Texas. 100 towers. The install of south plains 1. Vestas v-110 Also 100 towers. The install of south plains 2 vestas v-117s 90 towers. And The install of slate creek Kansas. 75 Vestas v-110 towers. Also am currently building deal Norte wind farm blade connector for rotor build. Building 90 2.4 GE towers. All of the projects have been done safely and also beneficial to the customers satisfactions. Accomplishments Earned lead role for turning gears in less than 2 months. Top out Mountain crane - Enid, OK - October 2016 to November 2016 Succesfully topped off 35 2.4 GE towers along with full torque and tension on rotors and blades. very familiar with the torque patterns of GE standards. And the expectations of a great product that is always expected. Familiar with connecting all parts of the turbine. Also the tool lowering system. And the rigging & tooling required to do the job safely and beneficially to the customers satisfaction. Millwright RES Americas - Clovis, NM - August 2016 to August 2016 I was the lead blade tension-er for Res. I ran a 3 man crew. Taught all the correct patterns and wiring too the crew according to Siemens handbook and work instructions. We built 144 Siemens 2.3 mega-what towers. Mitsubishi wind tech CECI - Corpus Christi, TX - April 2014 to January 2015 Responsibilities Trouble shooting Mitsubishi 2.6 towers. Doing unscheduled and scheduled maintenance. I have replaced several old blade seals on the Mitsubishi towers. It consist of a inner and outer blade seal. Also i have ran a crew of 6 on a sage oil vac pump. Draining, flushing and refilling old oil out of the mblo (main bearing oil), also gearbox oil. Yaw motor oil. And GO station oil. and changing out the A & N mortor filters. And the CC Jensen filters. I have also successfully completed 7 blade replacements. And 4 main bearing replacements. And 4 gearbox change outs. All successfully completed with zero incidents. I have also done allot of crane work with MHI. Replacing 20 anemometers flagging included. Also have replaced several G.O station pumps.

ResponsibilitiesI trained and taught new hires. How to tension and torque Inside of a tower. How to flag in cans, nacelles androtors as well as. I taught them the proper torque pattern. And tool lowering system. How to set up pumps.And all the tooling they would need. I also was a ground hand. Taught how to tie off blade socks. How to preptop to cans mid cans. And nacelles and rotors. I was a good ground hand as well as a tower hand. Also agood trainer for new hires. I was also on a base mid crew. Learned to pour and spread grout. And also learnedto prep a base mid sight and how to flag and stack on a base mid crew. I also did quite a bit of punch listwork. And even a little mc work.

Skills UsedGreat mechanical skills. Showed to be able to use every tool needed to constrict a wind turbine. And learnedevery proper way to do things in a safe manner accord to GE handbook.

Siemens wind techairways services /Siemens - Amarillo, TX - February 2012 to 2013

ResponsibilitiesI was a wind technician for Siemens I did 7th annual service torquing and tension in all of the hub and nacelle.Also performed major component change out pitch cylinders i.o boards etc....Also all of the retro fits performedon the wind turbine. I did all the maintenance work on the turbines. Changed all of the transformer filters.Also allof the Jensen filters.And troubleshot the electrical components up-tower as well as down tower. And made surethey were performing and running efficiently. Capable of climbing multiple times daily. I am also very familiarwith the operations of a turbine. And all of the OSHA expectations and standards. I am very Comfortable intight spaces and heights.

i was a pump hand, and operator. I can drive big trucks and operate a backhoe. I work well with my hands.Hard strong worker. Can operate big rigs, water trucks, backhoes, and forklifts, used to working with big andheavy equipment.Including smaller equipment ditch witches, bob cats etc... I gauged oil levels daily. and madesure all compressors were running sufficiently, hauled oil. Troubleshot all natural gas compressors. Checkedand logged meters daily. Responsibilitiesi worked in the petrochemical plant conaco Phillips. I was a productive electricians helper. As well as a weldershelper/ carpenter helper . On the electrician side.
