Mike Uker Current City & State: Lima, Peru

Job: Chiropractor

Tell us about you: I taught high school math for a few years, then sold real estate for afew more years in Minneapolis. During this time, I purchased many investmentproperties and was running a good business. When the market crashed, my real estatebusiness failed also. During this whole time, though, it just never quite felt like my lifepurpose. In 2008, I went back to school to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Thisdecision changed my life. Now I get to teach people, currently in Peru, how to changetheir health and change their life using God's laws of health and healing. God has alsoopened doors for me that previously seemed locked and after many years of walking indarkness and without purpose, I finally feel that I am on purpose. It is not withouttrials, though, which always make us stronger, and for which I am very thankful.

LOL Sitting here today if I could just do one thing for myself, it wouldbe to complete the process and obtain the patent rights on a couple of inventions thatI have thought of, become a self made billion air, then a professional Beach Hopper(Traveler).... One can always dream right????

Favorite School Memory: Wow...Thinking back I don’t really remember much ofschool, except that I was always trying to come up with ways not to be there, or notbeing able to wait till the week end rolled around. I do however remember with vividclarity that we all pinned/rolled the bottom of our jeans, and the higher the bangswere the better we looked....My favorite teacher of all time was Mr. Huesby. Alongwith his kind soul he also reminded me of Kenny Rogers. I often think of him andwonder where he is in life...
