    What is Hard Dollar? The impact of Innovations that are tangible in nature are defined as Hard Dollars. Innovation that generate direct cash impacts (increase in revenue/profitability : Explicit increase in revenue / profitability on account of innovation that are accounted in P/L statement & Balance sheet ) of an organization. What is Soft Dollar? The impact of Innovations that are intangible in nature are defined as Soft Dollars. Innovation that do not generate direct cash impact but then offer intangible benefits such as increase in customer satisfaction, enhanced user experience, savings in time/effort etc.

    Teams have to ensure that innovations submitted are cleared for participating in external events also

    A nomination cannot be submitted under multiple categories. Nominating an innovation in multiple categories may lead to disqualification.

    These are team awards. Nominations shared with the BU have to come from a Project/Account team / Sub Groups of IT IS
