The quickest way to register for classes is to go online and visit www.cochise.edu/cll click on classes and follow the prompts.

2 • MAIL Fill out the registration form located inside the back cover, include payment, and mail to the address below.

4 • WALK INDrop by our office and register in person with one of our friendly staff members. We are located across from the library in Room

714 on the Sierra Vista Campus.

5• FAXFor 24-hour service, you can FAX your registration form anytime at (520) 515-5398.

If you are taking more than one class, please make a separate check for each class. If you are paying by credit card, yourcard will be charged separately for each class.

To ensure the class you desire to take will be a go, register early! Classes that do not meet the minimum student require-ment will be cancelled before the actual class date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The Cochise College Center for Lifelong Learning reserves the right to cancel offerings. Full re-funds will be given to students who provide us with their cancellation notice six business days prior to the class start date. A $10cancellation fee will be charged to all other cancellations. In lieu of a refund, the Center for Lifelong Learning offers class vouchers.Your voucher entitles you to use your refunded dollars (minus the $10 cancellation fee) for another class within the same schedule.

Receipt Policy:We will gladly print receipts for students. However, in an effort to conserve paper and reduce the toll on our envi-ronment, we only print receipts upon request.
