CCAR continues to monitor all federal, state and local legislation that affects the real estate industry.

In 2015, CCAR continued to educate it’s members on Flood Insurance by offering numerous workshops for REALTORS® on legislation and mitigation to help them better serve their clients. Due to catastrophic flooding in October of 2015, CCAR provided aid and resources to local flood

victims.

In addition, CCAR hosted the 34th Annual Legislative Pig Pickin’ at which more than 50 local and state government

officials, came to meet and greet our members.
