Work Instruction KEU1 - JPN - Create Actual Assessment Cycle

Purpose

Use this procedure to create actual assessment cycle. An actual assessment cycle is used for controlling how assessment or indirect activity allocation are processed. All the relevant information about the senders, receivers, sender rules, receiver rules and tracing factors is contained in Segments.

In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), you use a cycle to allocate cost center costs or process costs using assessment or indirect activity allocation to CO-PA.

Trigger Perform this transaction when need to create actual assessment cycle. Menu Path Use the following SAP Easy Access menu path(s) to begin this transaction: Accounting > Controlling > Profitability Analysis > Actual Postings > Period-End Closing > Transfer Cost Center Costs/ Process Costs > KEU5 - Assessment > Extra > Cycle > Create

Screen Flow

Procedure

1. In SAP, start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

SAP Easy Access

2. Double-click the Accounting node .

3. Double-click the Controlling node .

4. Double-click the Profitability Analysis node .

5. Double-click the Actual Postings node .

6. Double-click the Period-End Closing node .

7. Double-click the Transfer Cost Center Costs/Process Costs node .

8. Double-click the KEU5 - Assessment node .

You can also enter "KEU1" in the command field "" and click Enter "" to go directly to this transaction.

Set Operating Concern

9. As required, complete/review the following fields:

10. Click the Enter button .
