WHAT ARE INTENTIONS?

An intention is a guiding principle for how you want to be, live, and show up in the world. It's not the same as a goal, which typically has an endpoint or an expectation of success. An intention is a path you aim to align to. It guides our thoughts, actions, and attitudes.


WHY ARE INTENTIONS IMPORTANT?

1. Most people have values they believe in2. Most people want to live in alignment

with those values3. When people live in alignment with

their values they feel good and when they don’t they feel bad

4. Choosing intentions on how you want to see the world and behave that honor your values makes assessing how aligned you are with your values easier to discern
