1 2016/000191 Irrigation Department in its previous reportsaverted that a case under PP act hasbeen filed. But till date departmentfailed to supply the details of court case.No action till date.

2 2016/021394 Irrigation Complaint of corruption not evenundertaken till date. No satisfactoryreply till date. Pending at the same levelas it was in the last meeting.




1 2015/63177 Development & Panchayat Final ATR awaited. Pending till dated on06.03.2017

2 2015/112973 Development & Panchayat Only interim replies pending for almost anyear. Final ATR is not received.

3 2015/30691 Revenue DRO and other officials were held guilty bythe then Commissioner Gurgaon vide orderdated 23.12.2014 but no action has beentaken by the department till date. Instead oftaking any actions department is seekingclarifications from DC Gurgaon. This matterhas already been shown in previous meetings.Final ATR is not received.

But the inquiry officer official failed to give any findingsin the inquiry just retreated the statement of the delinquent officials.Thereafter several clarifications were sought but no action was takenby the department on any of the clarifications. No action till date. ATRis to be seen.

5 2017/005072 ITI Disposed on interim reply. And it's a complaint against principal andinquiry marked has been to the principal. Pending till date.

6 2017/005390 ITI Complaint of embezzlement. Pending till date.7 2017/016405 HUDA The encroachments were carried out after the status quo order. But

when the same were asked to be removed department says the thatHon'ble High Court has directed to maintain status quo.

8 2016/066709 HUDA The plot file were deliberately misplaced and the plot of complainantwas allotted to some other party. The reply uploaded by departmentis illegible and nothing has been done even after clarifications.
