9/9. Luis will be doing a half day on 9/11. MJ will be out 9/11-9/20. Anyone else?

Staff, please make sure to be checking the vans per inspections sheet and print your name showing you did it.

Kitchen unit: Invite members to serve from other units. Side salads with more meals- great prep work and livens

afternoon up. Shopping in the afternoon rather than morning in order to

gain more participation in afternoon Deliver water to other unit meetings (health plan) Give up dessert every meal or at least do fruits until you get

there. No more cakes and brownies.

Clerical unit: Weekly video based on week at a glance then convert to

daily afternoon video.

Less pages in gazette- people rarely read more than the first two pages and much information is getting lost.

Create a daily news splash that can be delivered to the units every morning for their meetings and can help dispense the unit meeting information.

Weekly job development meeting in order to find out what jobs members want.

Remember to fill out your progress notes located in receptionist area. Please return to your work unit office.

Staff, all progress notes must be submitted by next business day at 10am per policy.

Push is that all should be in within 48hrs.

Advisory Board Meeting

Our Advisory Board Meeting will be tomorrow 5:30p-6:00p eat and greet (Luis has meal planned)

6:00p-7:00p meeting
