What is Club Visioning?What is Club Visioning?It’s a tool where the club members meet together

with a trained Rotarian facilitator to:• Provide a consensus of where the club would

like to be in 3 years time• Engages a shared commitment to specific goals

towards that vision• 3-hour session with a proven methodology that

has worked effectively for clubs in other Districts
